St Joseph’s College is seeking to appoint an inspirational and forward-thinking Assistant Head (Wellbeing, Community & Behaviour) for September 2026. This is a new position at the College and it is an exciting opportunity to maintain behavioural standards and oversee the wellbeing and care of pupils within our College Community.

The post holder will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and will be a prominent role in the life of St Joseph’s. The post-holder will lead on the development of pupil and staff wellbeing, pastoral developments and promoting the highest standards of behaviour.
