Responsible for: All individuals employed or volunteering in Sibford School’s community provision. Principal point of contact regarding community events, lettings and the use of facilities on school site including public use of the swimming pool and climbing wall.

Responsible to: Business Manager / Marketing Manager


To manage and administer the community use of school facilities, including responsibility for all lettings and sports centre development.

To develop and promote a programme of community activities and lets to encourage wider use of the school facilities to benefit pupils and the wider community.

To ensure that appropriately qualified staff are deployed to deliver activities out of school hours.

To work alongside the School Marketing Manager to ensure all community events and all school facilities are appropriately promoted on the school website and across social media channels.

To maximise the potential of Sibford School as a community facility, ensuring programmes and activities are, at minimum, self-financed and school facilities improved by additional investment.

To provide events management support to the marketing team to promote the school including open mornings and progression evenings as well as events for specific departments such as music or drama.

Develop links with local agencies and groups and to act as the school link to the Sibford School Parents’ Association (PSFA)
