Shiplake College is seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Admissions Manager.
This is a central role in delivering a high-quality, efficient and welcoming admissions process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full pupil recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective families from first enquiry through to enrolment, while supporting the College’s strategic growth and reputation.
This is a varied role with key duties and responsibilities covering admissions operations, selection, assessment and scholarship management, events and relationship management, and strategy, growth and analysis. Please see the candidate pack for further details.
We are looking for someone to work 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, all year round (with 30 days annual leave and bank holidays). Some flexibility is required in working hours, in particular, for evening and weekend events. There may be an opportunity for travel for overseas recruitment.
The salary will be in the region of £37k per annum, depending on experience.
The role will be managed by the Head of Admissions and report to the Director of External Relations.
