Reed’s School is one of the leading Independent Secondary Day and Boarding Schools in the country, providing an education for 790 pupils. The School is all-boys from 11-16 and has a co-educational Sixth Form. Ripley Court School is a popular independent co-educational preparatory school for 3-11 year olds set in 19 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside including extensive playing fields and a Forest School.

We are currently looking to recruit an HR Manager who will partner with one area of the business to provide a seamless HR service. The role holder will work alongside one other HR Manager, to advise members of the relevant Senior Leadership Team on all matters relating to HR and manage the day to day operational HR function for the specified area. This will include line management of one HR Assistant.

The role holder will have previous experience of working in a generalist HR role (preferably at a management or supervisory level), and will be Level 5 CIPD qualified. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise their workload.

This role is a full-time, year-round role and will report into the Bursar and Secretary to the Governors.
