Mount Kelly Enterprises Ltd (MKEL) is searching for a Head of Programmes.

The role is new and is offered full time, initially fixed term for a period of 12 months subject to the success of the programme. This position is based on 37.5 hours per week (52 weeks), Monday to Friday, although flexibility in these working hours will be required to meet the demands of the role during peak times of programme delivery.

The successful candidate will report to the Commercial Manager and be responsible for developing, marketing, and managing our new Mount Kelly enrichment programmes launching with our new ‘Summer Enrichment Programmes’, in summer 2026, with scope for expansion across holiday and term time periods. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing pupil admissions and relationships with agents for these programmes. Further details are available in the job description.
