We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Head for Fairfield Prep School and Loughborough Nursery.

We are seeking an inspiring Head to lead Fairfield Prep School and Loughborough Nursery into the next stages of their development. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision and educational ambition with warmth, authenticity and a deep commitment to the wellbeing of every child. They will champion academic excellence alongside outstanding pastoral care and a rich co-curricular programme, while serving as a visible and engaging leader for pupils, colleagues and families alike.
