We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join each of our teams, supporting students either across Prep or Senior School settings.

Role Overview: 
As a Learning Support Assistant at Ewell Castle School, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to support pupils’ learning needs. This role involves assisting individual students or small groups, helping them access the curriculum effectively and fostering their confidence and independence.

Skills and Qualifications: 
- A genuine interest in working with children of varying ages and abilities 
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written 
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards learners with diverse needs 
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while being proactive in offering support 
- Basic organisational skills to assist with classroom activities or resources 
- Willingness to learn new strategies for supporting student development
