Summary

We are seeking to appoint an experienced senior administrator (term time + 7.6 weeks (subject to change each year in line with the academic calendar), who will provide a comprehensive, confidential administrative and support service to the Principal.

Detail

We are seeking to appoint an experienced senior administrator, on a term time + 7.6 weeks basis (subject to change each year in line with the academic calendar), who will provide a comprehensive, confidential administrative and support service to the Principal.

The successful candidate will be approachable, compassionate and have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. They will have excellent communication skills and IT competency, with good attention to detail. Experience of working in a boarding school environment would be advantageous. An organised and proactive approach, together with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively, are essential requirements. Hours of work will be 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid one hour lunch break (total: 37.5 hours per week). Outside of term time, working hours would be 9am – 4.30pm with an unpaid one hour lunch break (total: 32.5 hours per week).
